Description
Black & White Minimalist Abstract Photography of Tree Trunks. More at https://minimalphoto.com/ How I photographed this abstract nature photograph? Taking this photo may seem simple. Just set the camera a little slower shutter speed, point the camera at the tree, and swing the camera up and down. This is partly true because this is how this photo was taken. The problem is that even if you select the most suitable tree (which is also not easy) and set up the camera correctly, you still do not have full control over the resulting photo.
As a result, the vast majority of the photos I take in this way are completely useless. If I want to take a photo that is more than pretty and which can be considered photographic art, I have to fulfill several conditions. First, I have to find a tree that has branches ideally thick and with ideal distances between them. Secondly, I have to find a tree that can be photographed so that the sky is in the background. And thirdly, the most important thing. I have to take dozens of pictures and hope that some will succeed.
I took this abstract minimalist blurry tree photo with a 35mm lens (on APS-C camera) with the aperture set to F10 and a shutter speed of 1/4s. I took a picture near our apartment in Prague – Kolovraty. I hope you like it and that it fits great on the wall of your apartment or office. Thank you very much for visiting my site.
