Minimalist photography in the style of Japanese Zen Buddhism. I took the photo near home. When it snowed in January 2021, it stayed on the ground for about 14 days. This is very unusual. Usually our snow melts by the next day. After a few days, I finally had time to go out with my camera. I felt like in paradise :) There were so many beautiful twigs and trees covered with snow or growing from snow.
Hi, my name is Martin Vorel and I'm a photographer from Prague, Czech Republic. >>> MARTINVOREL.COM <<< I actually started taking pictures at the age of 13. I enjoyed it, but it was too expensive for me at the time of 35mm films. I started to take more pictures at the one-year internship in Mongolia in 2006/2007. Since then I love taking pictures. ...minimalist photos of nature, landscape, and architecture

In addition to the banner, I am adding this more permanent recognition of its FEATURE on the homepage of A TREE OR TREES IN BLACK AND WHITE. I try mightily to feature only images that would be at home in a juried competition. No doubt that this image fits that bill. CONGRATULATIONS! And consider adding your image to DISCUSSIONS "Please post your featured photograph here" for greater, long-lasting visibility.
